Jonathan works with corporate structures, business reorganizations, governance and succession planning. As a business investor and Corporate Governance professor at FSG, he brings together legal expertise, an ownership perspective and practical leadership experience. In endurance sports, he finds a daily laboratory for strategy, consistency and adaptation.
